Rental Notices
- Included Rental Period: Pricing for all rentals includes a 7 day rental period with 1 free delivery and 1 free pickup.
- Empty Dumpster Notice: If you need your dumpster emptied during the 7 day window and brought back same day, there is a $275 charge per trip (for 1 ton), with a $60 per ton charge for each additional ton.
- On the Spot Haul Away: $300 charge where you load, and we drive it away. 1 ton is included, with a $60 charge per ton for each ton after.
- Prohibited Items: Animals, Antifreeze, Appliances, Batteries, Biohazardous Materials/Medical Waste, Chemical Products, Computers, Contaminated Oil (mixed with solvents, gasoline, etc.), Gas or Oil Flammable Liquids, Fluorescent Tubes, Industrial Waste, Monitors, Microwaves, Paint, Petroleum-Contaminated Soil/Lead Paint Chips, Propane Tanks, Radioactive Materials, Rail Road Ties, Televisions, Tires are NOT allowed in our rentals
- Weight Limit Notice: Dumpsters do have weight limits, so keep in mind of what you’re placing inside your future roll off dumpster rental.
- Placement Notice: Think about where the dumpster will be placed. Also be mindful of the path our hauler’s truck will take when delivering or picking up the dumpster. Make sure vehicles are not parked in front or on the side of your container. In addition, make sure gates or access to your containers are unlocked for service.
- Fill Line Notice: This is something that always needs to be paid attention to when filling a dumpster. When any discarded items are above the fill line of the dumpster it puts the driver as well as other civilians at risk. Debris can fly out of the dumpster when on the road and present a serious danger to people, so please be mindful not to overfill the dumpster.
